Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of research peptides and strict quality control requirements, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:
- Product was damaged during shipping
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product does not meet stated purity specifications
- Product was not stored properly during transit (temperature excursion)
2. Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
3. How to Request a Return
To request a return or report an issue with your order:
- Email returns@peptidyne.com with your order number
- Describe the issue and include photos if applicable
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days
- If approved, we will provide return instructions
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Replacements
In cases of damaged or incorrect products, we offer the option of a replacement shipment instead of a refund. Replacement orders are shipped at no additional cost.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products returned without prior authorization
- Orders cancelled after shipping
- Custom or special-order products
7. Quality Guarantee
All Peptidyne products come with a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) and are backed by our quality guarantee. If a product fails to meet the stated specifications, we will provide a full refund or replacement.
