Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping is available for orders over €250 within the EU.

4. Cold Chain Shipping

Peptides requiring temperature control are shipped with appropriate cold packs and insulated packaging to maintain product integrity. Additional fees may apply for cold chain shipping.

5. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through our website or the carrier's tracking portal.

6. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders outside the EU, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.

7. Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact our support team within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
